We have a dedicated pediatrician on staff who is experienced in both community based pediatric services along with hospital based critical care. She sees patients personally as well as supporting our GPs and Urgent care staff. In addition to general pediatric conditions Dr Joelle is an intensivist with specialist training in neurological diseases and pediatric emergencies. She is trained in childhood developmental assessments and works closely with the Neuropsychologist in the Wellness team.
All British GPs are trained in the provision of community level pediatric care and can diagnose and manage all common pediatric disorders.
We offer all childhood vaccines as recommended by the WHO and PAHO. We follow the US protocol.
No – a midwife is a specialist healthcare worker who is trained in managing women from preconception, pregnancy, delivery and postpartum up to 14 days. This includes wellness, nutrition, birth coaching and breastfeeding.
Absolutely. The whole urgent care team is able to give advice in routine cases and all are supported by Dr Joelle, our pediatrician.
