Immediate and accessible medical attention for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, offering a convenient and affordable alternative to traditional emergency room services.
We cater to individuals seeking timely medical assistance without the need for an appointment. This is particularly important to our visitors and guests who seek prompt, safe and effective care whilst away from home.
Staffed by skilled healthcare professionals, our urgent care centre prioritizes swift and efficient care, addressing a range of medical concerns promptly and effectively.
Our team’s strength is our diversity in our collegiate team structure pulling on different medical skills, along with languages. We can offer consultations in English, Spanish, French, Italian and Russian, along with Creole.
Urgent care centres provide medical services for non-life-threatening conditions that require prompt attention but are not severe enough to warrant an emergency room visit.
Services include: treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, X-rays, lab tests, vaccinations, physical exams, and sometimes prescription medications.
No, we accept walk-in patients without an appointment. However, we do offer appointment scheduling to reduce wait times.
Walk-ins are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am-2pm.
We have an on-call doctor 24/7 that can meet you at the Clinic, your hotel or home. You can contact us at 649-232-8773.
Typically you will be seen and assessed within 20 minutes. Wait time depends on the severity of case and volume of patients. Waits are occasionally longer if there is high volume, however as we have two dedicated doctors during the day, this is an unusual occurrence.
We offer Medical Concierge Services where we can come to you.
We take direct payment only. This can be in the form of cash, but most pay with a credit or debit card.
We supply you with a coded receipt which describes both the diagnosis and services provided.
We recommend that you check with your US medical insurance company as they vary widely in their scope of cover and you should not assume that they will reimburse you.
It is highly recommended that you take out some form of travel insurance including air ambulance evacuation cover. This will give you peace of mind and allow you to be repatriated. Air ambulance transfers are extremely expensive.
